New parts are covered by the manufactures warranty only and returns must comply with their standards. Used parts are not covered by any warranty unless specifically stated at time of purchase and communicated in writing prior to sale. Any faults found with any parts purchased must be communicated to Das Nine in writing or by phone within 7 days of delivery or returns will not be accepted. All parts must be fitted by a qualified mechanic. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect purchases and where returns are accepted for whatever reason they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs are to be paid by the purchaser in all instances. Returns are subject to exchange or credit prior to a refund being offered. Shipping, all parts are shipped at the responsibility of the purchaser and payment for parts ordered is an acceptance of these terms and an agreement that Das Nine cannot be held responsible in anyway whatsoever for any cost or in kind benefit for any damage caused to any items while in transit or at and after delivery. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to follow up and action any claims with the freight carrier should any damage to shipments occurs. Acceptance of a quotation from Das Nine and a subsequent payment of an Invoice is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
